Christianity ...  a religion based on a wonderful invitation! The Jew rejected this invitation, some did not and received a great blessing. The great commission is the charge to extend the gospel invitation to all of mankind. The invitation offered  for each one of us to obey the teachings of Christ. It is sad but true that many will not obey the call that comes from God.
